With the help of Misbah-ul-Haq's fifty and Younis Khan's century, Pakistan has won the third and final Test match against Sri Lanka by 7 wickets. Younis Khan (171) and Misbah-ul-Haq (59) remained not out. With this match, Pak has also won the 3-match Test series by 2-1. In the second innings, Pakistan team scored 382 runs for 3 wickets in 103.1 Overs.

Pakistan needed 147 runs on last day with 8 wickets in hand. The team chased the target with 7 wickets remaining. The target was easy, but Pakistani players made it look even easier. The team only lost one wicket today in the form of Masood, who scored 125 runs in 233 balls before he was stumped by Chandimal.
